Is there a 64+ download launcher for Adobe Creative Cloud device licenses? Please post where to find it please.

If you are referring to creating Device License packages with the Creative Cloud Packager application, unfortunately this is not possible in Mac OS Catalina.

CCP is not a 64-bit application, and will not run on Mac OS 10.15 Catalina.

You should have an option to migrate your Device Licenses to the new type, Shared Device Licenses, via the Admin Console. These packages can be created on the console itself, and are 64-bit compatible.

Hi,

I assume you are referring to the creative cloud packager to create the package for a device license. If yes, then you can download it from the admin console in the "tools" section under the "Package" tab. It will not work with MAC 10.15 however you can download it on older versions of Mac and can create the package. You can create the package till 2018 version apps.
