Hi
We now need to start deploying Adobe products to more staff but our individual account only alows us to buy a single copy of each application.
How do we change to an plan with multiple copies associated?

Gary
Hi
To clarify the process as the comments above do not properly reflect what happens.
1. Call sales but because of the very confusing menu structure on the phone you are very likely to end up in the wrong department. Wait ages, go through lots of discussion and get put back in another queue.
2. Wait for ages again and then get through to sales.
Adobe really need to improve their customer service, being a large company is no excuse for not providing simple single point entry in to the process.
3. So

Hi John
I have already contacted support and after an hour of waiting for someone to be available on the web chat they have referred me a sales telephone number.
Seems a crazy situation that this isn't a easy change.

Hi,
you need to place a new order for a team subscription and cancel all individual plans.
For that you are obliged to contact Adobe to cancel the individual plans ,otherwise you'll be charged for fees .

Did you call the sales person? It is possible to cancel your current subscription and to get the CC for teams subscription. But this needs to be done by Adobe as of arij2010 's recommendation.

3. So once you are through that the buys will just convert your individual account to a teams account. Whilst behind the scenes they cancel your subscriptions this is really invisible other than you start a new 1 year term of contract.
Overall the process was very easy if it weren't for the awful web chat and phone menu systems plus long waits on each.

@Peartree! I think I should clarify that further.
You actually have to spend an hour on chat after they say 'yes of course thats easy' and then have them say "I am unable to change it. Do you have another email address". It seems Adobe don't really want the extra money.
