Change account type from Business ID to Federated ID not showing

Hi, 

i setup a Federated ID of my domain with Azure. I used the OIDC. All Works fine. I also setup the sync connector with a group to sync only users in a specific group to Adobe console.

 

I'm trying to convert the users in Admin console from Adobe/Business ID to Federated ID but from Users List menu, the option "Edit Identity Type by CSV" is not present !!

 

How can solve this issue?

open the support tab on your admin console > start chat or start case or request expert session.
