Change contract owner

Hi,

How do I change Contract owner to myself. The person assigned this at the moment, is not in the company anymore. I can't find an email to write to, and Adobe chat is always unavailble - which is the channels you are suggested to use the reading adobe's guide.

Thanks for answer, but as I tried to say, this guide informs you to contact adobe support, because the contract owner is not in the company anymore. And I am not able to find a way to contact Adobe by email or through the chat, as it is never working.
