As a recent new employee I downloaded Creative Cloud and then registered as a new user. Unfortunately when creating my account I chose personal, by mistake, instead of creating a business account.
Now the system will not let me change from personal to business. I have tried by deleting my account, uninstalling Creative Cloud and then re-installing it. But the system still remembers my email-adress and will not accept me to go ahead and create a business account. I have attached images that appears when trying to create a new account.
So now I did re-create my personal account, just in order to be able top write here in the community, hoping to get some directions and answers.
Suggestions on how to go about this, in order to finally get the business account created?

Hi @Fiorella2891218455vm if you are the System Admin of the Adobe Admin Console, then only you'll be able to add a new user with business ID.
If you try to sign up via adobe.com then by default the account type will be created as Adobe ID.

can you sign out of your cc desktop app, http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
if so, when signing back in, you should see the option to select your profile.
otherwise, remove your adobe licensing info (solution 7, only) - https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/resolve-trial-and-license-expired-errors.html
if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html

HI @Fiorella2891218455vm business accounts are managed via Teams or Enterprise accounts, not individuals. If you are part of a business or teams account, your IT will need to give you an entitlement for a business account. If you are an individual working at a business with a single license, then will use a personal account/Adobe ID.

I have been on CC since the beginning (so over 10 years) and have paid for my account personally (as an independant designer) but now I am working full time at a company I'd like to move onto the companies corporate plan and stop paying for it myself.
The concern I have is is what is the implication of doing this - what will happen to my CC apps, fonts and files?

you will be canceling your individual subscription and account. you will need to to download any files you want to keep, preferably before ending your account.
as far as adobe is concerned, with the enterprise/teams plan, the company will own and control the files you create with their plan.
