I have changed a user from Creative Cloud all apps to Acrobat Pro.  The Acrobat Pro licenses has been assigend to the user.  Will the user need to reinstall or anything when I unassign the Creative Cloud license?

Thank you,

We understood that you are the admin of a Creative Cloud Enterprise or Teams subscription.

The answer to your initial questions: no, you do not need to reinstall any software, but the user can't use anything that does not be part of the Acrobat licence. To avoid confusion, I suggest, you uninstall all applications, except the Creative Cloud Desktop App and Acrobat.

I did not say that I was the admin of an enterprise license. I am an employee of a company with an enterprise license. I am still not able to utilize the fonts.

Hi @NATALIE25756912umj1,

You are hijacking a threat of a different person. If you describe your problem, we can move this to the correct thread and forum.

Please say:

  • What your issue is.
  • What licence type you have (Creative Cloud individual, Enterprise or Teams, Single Program licence, ...)
  • What your OS and version is.
  • What you have done so far to solve your problem.
