Changing the plan from monthly payments to annual payments

Hello everyone,

My current plan is "Adobe for teams" with monthly payments.

I would like to know if I could switch to annual payments before the renewal period, which will be in March-April 2021 (now it's December 2020)

Any help is appreciated, thank you!

Thank you for posting your query here.

I see you wish to change the Billing Frequency from Monthly to Annual PAID .

 

I am afraid, the Billing Frequency  cannot be changed once the Order has been processed.

The best option is to Cancel the current Team Subscription (without a Cancellation fee ) and then placing a new order with the Billing Frequency  as per Annual paid.
