I got charged today with my usual plan fee and decided to downgrade to something cheaper. Instead of €33 I changed to €12, but instead of reimbursing me it charged me for the money. I still had another month on that plan so that means that i payed double for this month.
Can someone help? Id liek to talk to customer care but there is now email.

If you are not able to get to the chat window, then disable your adblockers, firewall, enable cookies/scripts on your browser. If it still fails then change your browser/machine/network.
