Close my Account>>I have tried for months to close my accounts but cannot find how to do this.  it says during the subscription period and goes around in circles!! Not happy Jan

You must cancel your subscription first. THEN you can close the account. You cannot close an active account.

Do you still have active subscriptions to cancel?
