I am trying to add offline media (located on a network drive and copied to local C: for access) using the Creative Cloud Packager. I keep getting an error stating This folder does not contain valid Creative Cloud application or update media.

I was adivsed to use Creative Cloud Packager instead of AAMEE.

Any help is really appreciated.

Thanks,

Oli.

    Hi,

You can package some CS6 applications directly in Creative Cloud Packager.

    Click 'show archived versions'

Alternatively if this is a volume CS6 license you can obtain your installers from the Licensing Website - licensing.adobe.com - you will need to be an admin for your organisational account. If you have a volume serial number it must be used with the correct volume installer.
