Hi all,
does anyone have an answer to my problem?
When I open the Adobe CC app on my desktop there's no cloud symbol at the very top right of the window. There's only "Fonts", "Messages" and "Account" but no cloud symbol. See screenshot:
That's maybe the reason why the Creative Cloud Files folder doesn't work and I can't create links to videos I put into that folder.
Any ideas? I installed Adobe CC just a few weeks ago and the CC app even updated itself. So, everything should be up to date.
Thanks in advance,
Daniel
first, reset the cc app:
to reset the cc desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:
Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R
if that fails, try to repair

if that fails go ahead and uninstall/reinstall per the above link
if that fails, do a clean cc install following each applicable step:
uninstall every cc app including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html
then uninst

if you're unable to install the cc desktop app at this stage, use an administrator account (solution 4 here, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-missing-damaged.html)
use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

Thanks a lot for your quick reply.
Unfortunately resetting the app didn't work. Still no cloud functionality. For repairing and un/reinstallation steps I need admin rights. Have to ask my companie's IT for that. But I'll definitely try out your suggestions. Thanks again!
