Hi, I hope someone might help me as we have an urgen matter:

We have a team license with 10 Users with 1 TB storage each. Since friday afternoon we receive an error message when trying to sync files and data on th ecloud. This says that the storage contingengt by user of a folder is exceeded. But all users together do not have 1 TB storage or the amount of allowed files or folders. Is there anyone who could help with a solution?

Thank you!

Hi defaultzgjtt9crycho

You may want to reach out to the owner of the library and make sure they are

1. Not running out of Cloud Storage

2. Used the correct account to share the library/assets.

3. Navigate to  https://assets.adobe.com/libraries - Unshare the library, Sign out and sign in and share the Libary again and see if that resolves the issue

Hi Rohit, Thank you very much for your fast reply!
I checked all three points.

I figured out, that it is the account which is the Admin Account which has 1 TB storage but we even do not have so much data on the cloud yet. Please see screenshots attached. How can we solve this now?

Thank you!

using the problematic account, check all files stored on adobe's servers by using a web browser to navigate to the following locations. at each location there are several folders to check.:

https://assets.adobe.com

https://lightroom.adobe.com

https://documentcloud.adobe.com

https://spark.adobe.com

if you delete anything from any of these locations, check for a deleted folder where your file(s) was (were) moved. if you want to clear space you must delete files in the deleted folder.
