Collaboration and Sharing Issues on the Creative Cloud

we are having issues with sharing and/or syncing files across accounts to be able to collaborate on our projects. My coworker has a different adobe account with a different email address, but I was under the impression that this was ok because when you share you can add the email address. Our problem is that when she shares docs with me i can easily download them and edit in adobe apps. But when I share any document with her through the creative cloud, it doesn't go to her shared files and she can't open it and edit it. Anyone else have this issue?

Are you perhaps sharing these files (presumably Cloud Documents) with your colleague's Adobe ID, but she is logging in to her corporate account, or vice-verse? With Business ID, Enteprise ID or Federated ID, content appropriate to the organisation can be kept seperate from a personal account.
