I have accidentally purchased the acrobat pro on my previous username/account that I no longer can access.. Is it possible to combine the two accounts? Thank you

    Good morning.
    If you are unable to access your account, you will need to consult support, cancel the accidentally signed Acrobat Pro, and repurchase Acrobat Pro with the correct account.
    If you cancel within 14 days of purchase, the full amount will be refunded.
