Commenting Issues - Creative Cloud and Adobe XD

My team and I are having trouble with adobe comments. Both in XD and in Creative Cloud... all was working well this morning, but now all previous comments are no longer visible and commenting is disabled.

    My team is also having issues with creative cloud commenting. Unable to view previous comments or create new ones.
