Complaint for canceling Creative Cloud for Team subscription

I would like to file a complaint. I have contacted support through the Virtual Assistant and over the phone to cancel my subscriptions. After talking to a support agent I was forwarded to another number because my products are subscriptions for teams. After an hour of waiting and listening to the same music I gave up.

 

I also would like to file a complaint about the unlawful processing of my credit card information, which I am not able to remove from my account detail. I can update the car, but not remove it.

Enterprise & Team Plans are handled differently from individual subscriptions.

Your IT admin should be contacting their Adobe rep.
