Compromised account, CS is of absolute no help

Hi Everyone,

This is a cry for help because I don't know what else to do.

I'm not a teams user I just have a personal license. 2 days ago I got an email thanking me for my order for a teams license for a university I've never heard of for hundreds of dollars a month. My account was hacked.

The hackers were smart enough to immediately change my email out of the teams account so while I got charged, I can't see the account (I do have the account number from the email).

I verified that there was an unauthorized log in from Albania (never been there) that I killed right away.

In the meantime trying to get adobe CS to flag my account as hacked has gone nowhere. They keep asking me if I want to cancel my subscription, but then ask me for *my* (now new) email (the hacker's email I don't have) and we run around in circles. Meanwhile those licenses I'm assuming are being sold in the dark web at my expense. I've disputed the transaction with my bank so that's happening in parrallel.

Has anyone dealt with something similar (hopefully not) or at the very least can anyone help with a way to get adobe to flag this and shut it down. If it involves shutting my entire account down at this point so be it.

Thanks in advance!
