Is there anywhere on Adobe where I can contact customer support directly? I needed Creative Cloud for three months at my school and I accidentally bought the annual plan instead of the monthly plan and I cannot cancel my plan now without paying a hefty fee. I am happy to pay the normal monthly plan price for the months that I have used it because I have no use for any of the apps for the next seven months until my subscription is up.

Has anyone found an email address?

I am not able to use chat as, well, I have other things to do than wait to not be helped.

open the support tab on your admin console > start chat or start case or request expert session.

 

you can't start support via email.
