Convert Adobe ID to Federated ID

Hello,

 

I am just wondering if it's possible to convert an existing Adobe ID into a Federated ID.  If not, can we delete the Adobe ID, recreate the Federated ID and somehow migrate all existing data?

Hello,

You can migrate the users from Adobe to Federated ID using the "edit identity type by CSV" option if the users are in the same console. Here is the help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/enterprise/using/switch-user-identity.html 

This workflow will allow the users to migrate the cloud file automatically and if the admin is adding the federated ID manually then the users have to migrate the assets manually from Adobe to Federated ID. Here is the help article: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/enterprise/kb/transfer-assets.html
