Convert Federated Id back to Adobe Id

Hi,

Client asking to change the identity type of some federated id back to adobe id. From the adobe documentation I've seen only adobe to federated/enderprise are included in the matrix from this link

I'm a bit hesitant to change it considering there might be issues occur on their account/data. Is it safe to change it back to adobe ID? Need some guidance on this issue.

I would contact your Adobe support via the admin console to confirm, but your user should still have an Adobe ID if they were originally converted. When they log in they have a choice of personal or business/school ID.

I do not know of a way to convert back to Adobe ID completely without data loss - the data stays in the Business ID.
