Country Wrong

New Here ,
Feb 23, 2022 Feb 23, 2022

Hi everyone,
we were trying to reach out to the customer service now a couple of times as we eagerly need to change our country setting. We don't know exactly why this happend, but with the last transition to new plans, US has been selected (either by us or sales management) and now we have employees who cannot continue working due to the fact that we are simply not able to pay Adobe bills with the credit card (because the tax ID is not fitting to region setting).

This is really putting some projects on risk as especially because only the new employees (who are working on major projects) cannot work at the moment.

Any help would be highly appreciated.
Best,
Daniel

We won't be able to help with this here on the Community. You 'll need to work with Support. You can use the Chat option to contact AdobeCare

Well, that is what we have tried already two times. How to contact someone who is willing to help and not only answering with CRM phrases and standard answers? This is damaging us.
