Crash upon login Acrobat

Good evening,

I have a strange issue where as soon as our user logins (via SSO/Google) Acrobat will crash/force close.  I have to use the CC Cleaner to remove the login profile to get it to stay up and at the login screen again.  I was also seeing HTTP Error 413 with this user and logging in via the website into Adobe.  

Any pointers?  Waiting for CCT to reach out...but it seems I haven't been given a ticket number or anything yet.
