Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described, After installing adobe Acrobat std from the creative cloud, the adobe genuine service is not installed and the license is not picked up through the login service.
Please remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool - https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html reboot the computer once and reinstall the application using the link https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html

We are sorry to hear that. I have checked your account details with the email you are using on this community and traced a Teams account for Adobe Acrobat Std DC. Upon further checking, i didn't found the Acrobat Std license assigned to you.
Please get in touch with your IT Admin to get a license assigned and check if that helps.
I think the problem is that Adobe Genuine Service is not being installed.
When you install Adobe acrobat on another computer, Adobe Genuine Service is installed along with it and the license is activated.
