Hi all! I Have a user in our environment who is able to install all CC 2015 and update them except for indesign. It's a very strange problem, as logging into a different local administrator account works fine to update and install. I have reinstalled Creative Cloud multiple times, revoked and then reassigned the Creative cloud license, and even got a new computer for her. None of these solutions worked. There seems to be something with her account not letting her update or install Indesign and I can't figure it out for the life of me. She is a local admin on the computer and is assigned a Creative Cloud license.

Is her email tied to another Adobe account? Perhaps a personal one?
