Thanks so much for sharing the details. License issues like this can be tricky to untangle, and I appreciate your patience.
I looked at your account and noticed that none of the 45 Shared Device Licenses appear to be in use at the moment.
That said, I also saw that all licenses under the Creative Cloud Enterprise VIPMP Students plan are used. The devices you see may be associated with that student subscription instead, which might be why things look off.
Please check and confirm.

How can i recover the 30 Shared Device Licenses and i do not have the recall button ? can you assist please ?
