Creative Cloud Application Login Looping on Desktop

When I try to Login to Creative Coud through the Desktop Application I find myself in a Looping where I am informed that I have logoff and when I click Login I get the same message again, so I can't enter the application and install or uninstall other programs .

It is worth mentioning that my account is student and this problem started when I changed institutions and tried to exchange institutional E-mails.

make sure you're using the current cc desktop app:
