Creative Cloud Captivate - Error 1603

Hi everyone,

I am having trouble getting Adobe Captivate to install. I have used Creative Cloud Packager to download and package the application for Windows 10 x64, but I cannot get it to install.

Failing with a 1603 error. I have recreated the package from scratch, tried installing manually. I cannot get it to install.

I cannot see anything obvious in the log.

Can anyone assist?
