Please HELP us!!!!!
We have 3 adobe business acounts in our company, each acount has 2 people that are working on it.
In the past 2 months we are conatantly having SEVERE syncing issues with all our shared files - they often dissapear, or do not sync the latest version of the file.
We called the support so many times, they just made it worse,
Does someone here knows how to handle this issue for ones and for all??
first, reset the cc app:
to reset the cc desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:
Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R
