Creative Cloud - finding all apps

I work in the IT department and our marketing people each have a subscription to several products.  I was recently added as an administrator so I could log in and handle installations.  I am trying to set up a new PC that one of the marketing employees is going to get so installed Creative Cloud and logged in.  I am certainly not an expert here so am not sure why I can't see all the software that our subscription has.  I am only able to see 3 of them but for instance, Pagemaker is not listed as one to install.  There are a couple others.  How do I see all of the apps that they currently use?  As an administrator, I'm thinking I should be able to see them.

PageMaker won't ever be listed, as it was discontinued many years ago, and is not at all offered through subscription.

Otherwise, If you are logged into a valid Creative Cloud account, the Cloud app will list which apps are installed (if this is a new computer then it would of course be "none"). Then at the left, the available apps that can be installed based on the subscription level will be listed. You also have to remember you can only install on so many machines, so you may have to deactivate some machines to install on a new one. If you log into your account at Adobe.com, you should be able to see (Under "Manage Accounts") your available installs and identify which machines the apps have been previously installed that would need to be deactivated. You can also download the apps there.

The Creative Cloud Desktop App will list all Creative Cloud applications.

There are some Adobe applications that are not part of Creative Cloud. For example Captivate and Elements products.

These cannot be installed with the Desktop App.
