We've got 200 licences purchased previously so we can deploy all of the CC apps to computers and macs across our campus but does this cover mobile devices too?

I noticed the apps are free but there is mention of signing in to CC with a user account. Would someone be able to answer and possibly suggest best practice in terms of CC apps for shared iPads?

Hi,

Mobile apps are free. However if you sign in using an Adobe ID (or Enterprise/Federated ID) that has Creative Cloud entitlement you will be able to take advantage of additional functionality. For example synching between mobile apps and desktop apps and additional cloud storage.

I figured that would be the case. What are the limitations of free apps without ID's assigned to them?

Currently we have class sets of iPads which aren't tied down to a user or a single ID. Just curious on what we can achieve with this model or are we going to have to create generic accounts etc

The main limitation for a classroom environment would be the connection between the mobile apps and the desktop apps.

So for Adobe Illustrator Draw you have the function to 'Send to Photoshop or Illustrator' which wouldn't work without some entitlement attached to the Adobe ID.
