Tried multiple times on Mac (10.6.8) with Creative Cloud to build a New Package but stopped at the last moment. It seemed that all packages are downloded but just cannot finish the build. Console messages were:

[ERROR] AdobePackageBuilder - Failed to find the dmg file path (null)
[ERROR] AdobePackageBuilder - Failed to package the update - null.

The Creative Cloud dmg package is run from Desktop. Any assistance would be most appreciated.

Hi Donald,

Please go to Applications/Utilities/Adobe Installers and uninstall all the Adobe products.

Manually clean the Adobe folders from the mentioned location:

1. Library/Application Support/Adobe and rename it to Adobe.old

Applications/Adobe and rename it to Adobe.old

Application/Utilities and remove all Adobe folders

~/Library/Application Support/Adobe and rename to Adobe.old

~/Library/Preferences and remove all the adobe preferences.

Enable root account: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1528 and try to install again.

Hi Donald,

At the time of creating package please select disable air component and try packaging again. Please rename OOBE from Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE. Install CCP 1.2 and try to create a package again.

Kindly let me know whether you tried creating the package on some other Mac.

Please Note most of the CC apps are not supported with 10.6.8. So I would recommend you to try to create a package in 10.7 or above.

Moving this discussion to the Creative Suite Enterprise Deployment forum.

Donald.Hew you may want to start on a Macintosh which is using an operating system supported by the current version of the Creative Cloud application and the majority of the Adobe Creative Cloud programs.  I would recommend using Mac OS 10.7 or later and seeing if you face the same difficulties.
