Creative Cloud Packager failing to build CS6 Package.

Hello I've been trying to build a CS6 Package for deployment at our school for the last few days with no success. We have a CC Enterprise license agreement. Using Creative Cloud Packager I've tried creating a package for windows x64 for CS6 and constantly get the following error at the end of the build log.

[ERROR] AdobePackageBuilder - Failed to find the zip file (null)

[ERROR] AdobePackageBuilder - Failed to unzip the update - null.

Any advice on this error would be greatly appreciated.

Regards,

Julian

    Hi Julian,

Please try deleting the AAMUpater folder from below location and try again.

    C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Adobe\AAMUpdater

Let me know if this works.

    Thanks,

    Ashish
