Hi @Vysakh29893216dx58, if you want to enable the Apps Panel for the users, please ensure the ServiceConfig.xml file has the AppsPanel value as True.

If the issue persists, please check for the Self-service policies from the Admin Console.

Thanks!

Hi @Vysakh29893216dx58 Here is what I have to change in my service config to see applications. Again, this is after I have allowed self service app management in the Admin console first and then Quit Creative Cloud desktop app.

<config><panel><name>AppsPanel</name><visible>true</visible></panel><panel><name>FilesPanel</name><masked>false</masked></panel><panel><name>MarketPanel</name><masked>false</masked></panel><feature><name>SelfServeInstalls</name><enabled>true</enabled></feature><feature><name>BrowserBasedAuthentication</name><enabled>false</enabled></feature><feature><name>SelfServePluginsInstall</name><enabled>true</enabled></feature><feature><name>AppsAutoUpdate</name><enabled>false</enabled></feature><feature><name>AdobeFallbackForAUSST</name><enabled>false</enabled></feature><feature><name>AppsCategories</name><enabled>true</enabled><data><categories><category>beta-apps</category></categories></data></feature></config>

After adjusting the serviceconfig code, you have to then log out of Creative Cloud desktop, restart your Mac then log back in after restart.

In short - anything app or plugin related switch to visible "true" and masked "false".
