Creative Cloud serial number license activation

New Here ,
Dec 04, 2017 Dec 04, 2017

Hi all.

Has anybody had any luck with the adobeserialization tool, after deactivating a device? We, like others, are experiencing the issue with

wait result: 5120

wait result: 20

and the error "the license for Creative Cloud on this device has been denied"

This is a device license, made with CC packager, and we have already tried making a new license to no avail. The SLcache & SLStore folders deletion does nothing to remedy this. Anybody out there having any success reactivating devices?

I had an Adobe tech look into it further and ended up with the adobe_prtk tool fixing the issue.

sudo ./adobe_prtk --tool=GetPackagePools --provfile=prov.xml

Then running the serialization normally worked

Hi,

Did you follow the step recomended by adobe about the reserialization ?

I had to do a reserialization yesterday on 10 device, i did a new licence package from the adobe packager, run the "RemoveVolumeSerial.exe" and then the "AdobeSerialization.exe" on each device without any problem.
