Creative cloud update stuck - and cannot install new programs

I have noticed that the apps updates is the same for a couple of days checked and found that Creative cloud is 0% updating creative cloud and all the programs is on waiting status, i have reinstalled creative cloud and with no result I have used adobe cleaner as well.

it is not a network issue as I have another laptop and its working fine, can someone please help

I had a similar issue.

Make sure that you have all Windows updates that are available.

The one thing that was causing it for me, believe it or not, was that I needed to do a clean installation of the latest Studio graphics driver from the NVIDIA website. After doing that and restarting, all was OK.
