I can see error code 190.

Create a new package and exclude Adobe Experience design and Adobe Dimension as they both can not be installed on Windows 7 machines, minimum system requirement for both those applications is Windows 10 anniversary update.

FIXED: AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool fixed my problem! didn't even have to uninstall anything, the program ran, i told it to only clean up all CC software; it didn't delete the program files, i could still load those apps! but it cleaned up something!  I ALSO FORCE uninstalled adobe cloud using revo-uninstaller prior to installing other software also!  It wouldn't uninstall claiming other adobe software require its presence, which was not true. This may have also had something to do with it.

Good afternoon.

I meant the Creative Cloud packager. I am currently attempting to install the packages on Windows 7 Enterprise 64bit.
