I've been trying multiple times to cancel my teams membership before it auto renews, since it is now irrelevant for me, and I can't afford Adobe at the moment. BUT every single time I get in touch with customer service they put me on hold for 30mins and the ditch the call.

Use your Admin portal to contact Teams support directly.

I finally got the help I needed, though apparently I did use the admin teams support prior just didn't know the name. I am though still a bit miffed with the system.

@Haley316513962nc7 Teams memberships are managed by an Admin not an individual. Adobe support will redirect you back to your Admin to manage the account and billing.

I'm the admin and it won't let me cancel anything with going thorough support. Who is not supporting. Originally I would have maybe been willing to switch to just an individual plan but now I'm not interested in any of adobe's stuff.

Are you contacting via the Admin console Support Tab or customer support chat on Adobe.com?

Cancelling a Teams account should be handled by your account rep.
