Delete Adobe account

Hola:

Gracias a Dios he abandonado la toxicidad de Adobe y sus planes deluxe por otras opciones igual de capaces y de pago único.  Estoy intentado borrar mi cuenta de Adobe permanentemente pero al correo electrónico no contestan y la página de ayuda me dicta unos pasos que en la web no existen, ¿alguien sabe como se puede borrar definitivamente una cuenta de Adobe?  No está vinculada a ninguna cuenta de empresa ni hay ningún plan activo ni pendiente de pago.

I think this may be the cause of your problems. We often hear from people who are sold a team/enterprise license WITHOUT THEIR PERMISSION. This is a kind of fraud of some sellers. From where did you buy the original license?

Several months ago I bought through Amazon the key for Adobe CC suite.  2 months later detect something wrong with the license, seems to be not genuine so I report it to Amazon and Adobe using their forms sending the payment, the screenshots and the problem.  My account was from some years ago mine before using Amazon Marketplace digital service.

there are so many problems with what you've stated, i doubt you can be helped by anything on adobe's side.

 

you can try to work through amazon, but i don't see how they can help you either.
