Despues de pagar el plan de estudiante no me deja utilizar Adobe Cloud

Hola,

Os escribo porque tengo un problema y no puedo solucionarlo. El 2 de Agosto me di de alta en Adobe Cloud, concretamente en el plan de estudiante. Entro en los programas y me dice que no tengo ningún plan asociado, entro en “Mi cuenta” y también me pone que no tengo ningún plan.

Escribí al servicio técnico y como es virtual, me manda a una web para volver a darme de alta y no tengo la posibilidad de ponerme en contacto con alguien que me solucione el problema.

El problema es que he pagado (me habéis cobrado) 19,66 € por el plan y no me deja utilizarlo. Por otro lado no me deja cancelar la subscripción ya que no tengo ningún plan asociado.

En definitiva, estoy pagando por un servicio que no puedo utilizar.

Agradecería que me solucionéis el problema lo antes posible.

Are you certain you are signing in to the Creative Cloud using the same email/Adobe ID as you did when you purchased the subscription? Did you provide the required proof of being a student?

 

In any case, this is a public forum, not Adobe support. Users, including the Adobe Community Professionals, can't provide support for account, subscription, billing, download, or product activation issues. Support for those issues requires an Adobe employee.
