Different Windows Users only one authorized CC member

We have 3 different users running on our current PC. Only the Administrator (me) is authorized and needs to use CC. However when one of the other users logon to Windows they are required to log in to CC. They can of course close the CC application but the problem is when I log on to my Windows account I have to go through the login process for CC when I actually didnt ever log out of.

Many programmes ask when installing if the programme should be installed for current user or all users. This unfortunately does not happen with CC.

Is there a solution to this problem?
