Hi evereyone,  is there anybody that could provide me with a Incopy CC 2021 DMG file please ? Our dmg became corrupted last week for an uknown reason and we don't have any Backups.  We tried to contact Adobe support and ask them to send it back to us but they said that they don't have it anymore. We absolutely need Incopy 2021 for another 6 months because we are using an older version of Woodwing wich only works in the 2021 version.  We are suppose to upgrade in about 6 months. We already tried to download old version from Adobe Creative Cloud but the older version available is 2022 Version 17. We also tried to create a package from the adobe admin console but again,  the older version available is 2022.  Adobe Support suggest me to ask here in case someone would stil have the DMG and would be kind enough to send it to us.  So if someone has the DMG for Adobe Incopy CC2021, please let me know. Thank you !

Great question, @kglad ! Creative Cloud for Enterprise and Teams plans include the ability to create and deploy their own installation packages of Adobe applications as described in https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/package-apps-admin-console.html. If the organization has lost all access to previously created deployment packages, they can use the process listed at https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/support-for-enterprise.html to contact us directly for help.

Most organizations use the steps listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/applications.html to deploy requested versions of Adobe applications within their organizations. This also eliminates the need to download a fresh copy of the installation files for every computer that installs an Adobe Desktop app.

More information on how to access older Adobe Creative Cloud applications for both individuals and people within Organizations can be found at https://community.adobe.com/t5/download-install-discussions/download-older-versions-of-creative-cloud-applications/td-p/13796710.

Pascal, thank you for your question about accessing Adobe InCopy. I reviewed the account you used to post to this public discussion forum, and an organization manages the address and Creative Cloud plan associated with it. If you haven't already, please contact your organization's Creative Cloud plan administrator to request access to the necessary files. For more information, including on how the Creative Cloud plan administrator can contact us if they need the files, then see https://community.adobe.com/t5/download-install-discussions/download-older-versions-of-creative-cloud-applications/td-p/13796710.

Hi Bob,  Il already tried 3 different agents and they all telling that they cannot find it.  I will try a 4th agent this afternoon to see if I have more luck today but I don't have much hope.  They told me to ask here to get help from the community. It's stupid because the DMG was still available on creative cloud app and adobe admin console about a month ago.  They removed it when Incopy 2024 came out.  I can't believe that they don't have the dmg somewhere ! Thank you for your answer 🙂  I will let you know if have more success with the 4th agent.

I don't use that program, so I don't know if this will help

Go here for SOME older links https://prodesigntools.com/adobe-direct-download-links.html
Prodesigntools is an official Adobe partner, and the links go to Adobe, not a 3rd party site

If you do find the program to download copy to at least one external device (2 or 3 is better!)

I use a Sata docking station and SEVERAL 'bare' drives for backup of my desktop computer
There are many external drive devices, this is the one I use
