Document (annual report) created on Adobe Spark lost !

Hi community, 

I'm the administrator of both the company's Adobe Spark account and Website, I had created our annual report on Adobe Spark couple months ago and added it on the website. Couple days ago, I enter to check it on the website and it's gone ! I double check on Adobe Spark and it's not there either !! and I have no clue of how it got deleted ! it's a very important document and there's no time to make a new one. PLEASE HELP !

is it possible you were logged in with a different e-mail address when you create the report, or when you went to check? Are you using the https://spark.adobe.com/page/xxxxxx link to try to view the content, or looking in your Spark profile for the presentation?
