@Suman267161508tnx, you need to contact your plan's administrator, if you are unable to re-select your personal profile, recover your files and then return to your office profile.

On subscription expiry the account is converted to a free account and your cloud storage is reduced to 2GB. If you use above 2GB you have 30 days to move your assets. For details see the link below

So the question is are you beyond 30 days period? What exact error do you get?

Thanks for the quick reply. Actually, mine is an enterprise account. while selecting the profile I selected the personal profile instead of my office profile. unfortunately, I saved the all files in the personal profile cloud. now I can't able to download the files to local storage.

The personal profile has, if no plan is attached, 2Gb of free cloud space and never expires. If you are signed in to your company profile, you need to sign out and sign-in to your personal profile to access the data and vice versa.
I have questions
1. How to find that I am beyond the 30 days?
2. if I beyond the 30 days, what will happen to my files?
3. if I renewal my account, can I restore my files?

1) Ask the administrator of your plan. You also should have received an e-mail.
2) Data will get deleted
3) Yes, with the same Adobe ID in the 30 days time frame.
If only your plan got deleted, but the company still has active plans, then the data is safe as the company controls that data. But an administrator can decide on the fate of that data. If the administrator decides to delete that data, it's lost.
