With Adobe having ceased support for Postscript fonts in recent years, we have maintained versions of Photoshop 2021 and Illustrator and InDesign 2022 on our designers' computers, so that historic files could be opened and edited. Until recently, it has always been possible to install these earlier versions of the apps via the Creative Cloud Desktop app by clicking on the three dots and selecting "Other Versions".
Unfortunately, it has recently come to light that this option has now been limited to just versions from the past two years, which means that the specific versions we need are no longer accessible.
I have contacted Adobe directly to ask whether they may be able to supply me with download links for the standalone installers, so that we can keep these on file for future use, but they have been particularly unhelpful in this regard, saying that I'd have to see if something could be found via this Community site, so here I am...
Can anybody help?
For reference, I am looking for the Mac OS installers for the last versions of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign that support Postscript fonts.
Thanks!

Do you have an Enterprise or Teams account, or is it individual subscriptions?
If Enterprise or Teams, have the administrator contact Adobe.

We have a Teams account, and I have contacted our Adobe account manager, but they have been completely unhelpful.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

I don't believe that moving this thread to the Enterprise & Teams section of the forum is helpful, as this seems to be more for discussions about accounts, licencing, etc. My issue is about getting access to app installers for earlier versions of the software, which is why I thought that the Desktop forum would probably be the most sensible place for it.

did your account manager reply?

I did receive a reply, but it wasn't helpful at all. It simply pointed to the standard Help page about installing earlier versions of apps (which I had already made clear that I knew how to do), and it didn't offer any useful solution - simply saying that earlier versions were not available - even though they had been until recently.

i think you can change account managers if you're unhappy.

I have already requested this (following earlier poor service some time ago), but my request to do so has been ignored by Adobe.

retry. use your power. ie, you will not renew your subscription unless you get satisfactory service.
