Hi,
I recently received an email from an individual who claims to be my Account Manager at Adobe, responsible for my business's Account Renewal. The email states that as part of my current subscription renewal, my account has been selected for a 1-year Complimentary Adobe Stock subscription with Unlimited asset downloads for my entire team. The email provides details about the assets included, such as standard images, templates, and 3D assets.

I wanted to verify the authenticity of this offer and inquire if Adobe indeed provides such a service. Could you please confirm whether this email and the mentioned offer are genuine? The email I received is included below for your reference:

"I am the Account Manager assigned to your business at Adobe for your Account Renewal.

As part of your Current subscription renewal, Adobe has selected your account for 1 year of Complementary Adobe Stock subscription with Unlimited download of assets for your entire team.

This will give your team access to unlimited downloads of over 200 million Adobe Stock standard assets individually to each license holder.

Assets include:

Standard images (i.e., photos, illustrations, and vectors)

Standard templates for Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

Standard 3D assets (i.e., models, lights, and materials)

There are no overhead charges or any additional cost.

After the free subscription expires, as an account admin, it’s your choice if you would like to continue or roll back to the basic version. Before your anniversary date, you get 30-day renewal window where Adobe sends multiple notifications. During this interval, you can decide whether or not to continue with Unlimited Adobe Stock Access.

It is an exclusive offer provided to your account and valid for a limited period.

To avail this offer, please help me with your confirmation by replying to this email. Thanks!

Note: You may simply send “Confirmed” or “Accepted” in response.  "

Furthermore, if this offer is legitimate, I would appreciate more information about the terms and conditions associated with it. Specifically, I would like to understand if there are any hidden charges or additional costs after the free subscription expires. Additionally, I would like to know how the renewal process works and if there are any notifications sent before the subscription renews.

Your assistance in clarifying these details would be greatly appreciated. Kindly provide me with the necessary information so that I can make an informed decision regarding this offer. If you require any additional information from my end, please do not hesitate to ask.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.

Best regards,

Did the sender have an Adobe e-mail address?
Check the header. The address should be something at adobe.com!

You could ask via support (via the adminconsole) to get the id of the sender verified. You could also call the sales department and ask to speak to this guy.

If there are links included with his message, make sure they point all to adobe.com.
