Eliminar al usuario ramon.guzman@iesalfonsox.es

Hola,

Estoy teniendo problemas para eliminar al usuario  desde la Adobe Admin Console.

El usuario:

  • No tiene ningún producto o licencia asignada

  • No forma parte de ningún grupo de usuarios

  • No aparece con contenido pendiente de transferencia

  • No tiene tipo de identidad gestionada (Adobe ID)

A pesar de cumplir estas condiciones, la consola no permite eliminarlo. Ya he probado también con la opción de carga por CSV utilizando la instrucción DELETE, sin éxito.

Solicito que se revise este caso y se proceda, si es posible, a la eliminación forzada del usuario, o que se me indique el motivo técnico por el cual no es posible eliminarlo manualmente.

To further troubleshoot this issue, could you please try the following steps:

 

Clear your browser cache or try accessing the Adobe Admin Console using an incognito/private browsing window. This will help rule out any potential caching issues that may be affecting the display of user information.

Additionally, could you please confirm whether any other administrator in your organization has attempted to remove this user?

I have reviewed the account details for the email you provided and your account and found that you have a Creative Cloud All apps for Education (K12). Also, I can see that you have requested that the Adobe account of the user be deleted from our end.

No, sigo sin poder eliminar el usuario indicado para poderlo añadir, nuevamente,

El usuario sigue activo, pero no tiene ID Adobe, ni producto CCE.

To assist you further, could you please let us know what specific error message you are encountering when attempting to delete the user?

Additionally, we recommend trying the following steps to remove the user:

  1. In the Adobe Admin Console, navigate to Users > Directory Users.

  2. From the list of directories, select the Business ID directory.

  3. In the list of users, check the box next to the user's name.

  4. Click Remove Users.

  5. In the confirmation dialog box, click Remove Users again to confirm.

Lastly, could you confirm whether any other admin under your contract has attempted to remove this user as well? This information will help us rule out any potential conflicts or lockouts caused by concurrent actions.

Es un usuario de Adobe ID, lo elimine de su grupo de usuarios, pero sigue apareciendo en usuarios, cuando escribes su nombre, sin ID ni producto asignado
