I'd like to have an account set up for 8-10 users in a business, paid by direct debit but with each having their own private files, as we all work on confidential documents.

We'd all need the acrobat editor, a few staff would need some of the graphics software also.

Is this possible?

At the moment we have multiple accounts and it would be better to have a business sign up.

8-10 users is not enough to qualify for Enterprise. You would use Teams for such a small group.

Acrobat Pro, in the Creative Cloud Teams plan, includes the Acrobat Sign. You may use the feature in Acrobat to send the document for signature.
