I updated one working fine before, and after updated say it to renew the licence. Support can help please.
Hi @luisoliveira,
I'm glad to hear the main issue has been resolved for you.
Regarding the automatic selection of your personal profile during sign-in, it sounds like the "Select my profile automatically" setting is currently enabled. To prevent this and ensure you can choose the appropriate profile (such as your business account) each time you sign in, please follow these steps:
Sign in to your Adobe Account using your email and password.
Navigate to Account and Security > Sign-in and Sec

Hi Anshul,
Thanks for your comment and list of options o fix our issue.
I believe the issue is resolved using the solution 1 and 3. I try open one of the app using the creative cloud and didnt get the Trial information, also try open other direct from Programs and no trial notification. The only weird thing happen is, everytime i log out from creative cloud or adobe sign-in the profile is always my name and i need switch to our business account. I keep the option always login, maybe this way i dont need switch allways.
Thank you for support
Luis
