Enterprise licence - Deleting unused licences

Hi there

Getting the run around.  How do you cancel unused licenes in a Government/
Corporate/Enterprise account.  We have unassigned licences that we wont need, received quote and want to cull these unused licences from the amount to pay

I understand the frustration but do consider that support would be running on less staff due to the pandemic and hence the long wait times.

Entreprise licenses are usually paid for the year in advance and can't be cancelled.

I see you're close to your renewal date, so contact your reseller to discuss how many licenses you want to keep.
