Enterprise login to Creative cloud not working

Iam getting little desperate here. I've got the enterprise license for Adobe creative cloud and getting variety of error messages when trying to login to creative cloud for downloading the illustrator and photoshop.

After launching the creative cloud I do get routed to my corporate sign in page, but after that I get either Error code: 0xe550c in creative cloud page, or just retraced back to Adobe native sign in, or a message for not authorized to access.

Our corporate helpdesk has been working on this for a month, but was wondering if someone has had similar issues, is there anything that can be done from Adobe, or my side.
